Sauna
The APAIZONIA spa is equipped with an infrared sauna. This virtuous professional infrared sauna allows you to :

- Reduce blood pressure
It can also have a cosmetic effect on the skin (see our cosmetics line on sale in our shop). The sensation is softer than a traditional sauna, and the temperature is lower (60° max).
Jacuzzi
The power of water on the body! Relax in water heated to 37° and enjoy the effects of hydrotherapy, hydromassage and balneotherapy. Helps to combat :

- Eliminate toxins

Hydromassage is indicated for osteoarthritis, arthritis and rheumatism.
Indoor swimming pool

Enjoy our outdoor swimming pool, covered and heated to 29°, equipped with :

The pool is open from (March to November) with free access for all hotel and Spa Apaizonia guests from 9am to 10pm.
A kit of towels and bathrobes is available from the hotel reception (at an additional cost).
